This infographic's goal was to highlight the difficulties in communication between the marketing and finance teams. It also served as an introductory piece to drive readers to download Allocadia's new CMO vs CFO ebook.
The infographic needed to create a sense of urgency for marketing teams and finance teams alike. We want to show that most teams do not have their goals aligned. It was important for us not to design a overtly optimistic infographic.
Using imagery of fencers we wanted to imply the sense of difficulty between teams. The choice of fencers was important to us as it spoke to in-fighting but also implied that both teams did have the same goals. We highlighted our troubling statistics around our fencing imagery while slowly moving down the infographic. Eventually we push the reader to find the solution to their challenges within Allocadia's new ebook.
